 We look into customers’ experiences on the ground, customers experiences before and during the reservations process and post-sale. We create and implement systems useful to make guests feel understood and looked after. We create ideas on how to ensure that guests have a life-enriching if not a life-changing experience. We also love to get involved in refurbishments, sourcing of soft and hard décor, food and beverage planning, menus creation, mystery-shops.
